Buyer has the sole responsibility of maintaining health of the animal. Prior to replacement, Seller may require Buyer to pay for and arrange a 3rd party veterinarian review animal condition, herd condition, bull soundness exam, and/or perform Trichomoniasis & Vibriosis Testing to verify the issue lies with the animal and not outside conditions. Once Seller approves replacement, Buyer at their own expense will deliver the animal to an agreed upon Livestock Exchange, and payment for animal shall be sent to Seller. Seller will deliver to Buyer at no cost within 3 hour range from farm.
